Project Update #2: Three Kobolds in a Trench Coat by FanCraftedLtd - 27 Jan 2026

Firstly, Happy 2026 everyone! We hope you’ve all had a great start to the year.

Before Christmas we approved the final samples, and since then, we’re really happy to share that Three Kobolds in a Trench Coat has officially finished production.

Now that manufacturing is done, we’ve been working with our fulfilment partner to organise freight and get your games from China to the UK. Everything is running smoothly, and the shipment will be setting sail tomorrow on its long journey home.

We’re expecting the shipment to arrive in the UK in early March, after which the games will head to our fulfilment partner to be sorted and sent out.

With freight now officially underway, it’s time for our next step, the Pledge Manager.

Some of you may have already spotted it, but the Pledge Manager form has now been sent out, so you should have a link waiting in your inbox.

What is this Pledge Manager form?

We’ve sent a Google Form to everyone who pre-ordered. This is where you’ll add your shipping details so we can make sure your games end up in the right place. You’ll also be able to add any optional extras if you’d like.

Even if you entered an address when you originally placed your order, please take a moment to fill this out. We’ve had a few incorrect addresses in the past, so the form has been left blank for you to enter the address you’d like your games sent to. 

Free UKGE 2026 collection

If you’re based in the UK and planning to attend UK Games Expo this year, you’ll see an option at checkout for free UKGE collection. Just a heads-up though, it’s very possible that games will be sent out to backers before UKGE. Choosing this option may mean you receive your game a bit later than others, but you’ll save some money on shipping.

If you’d like your game delivered, we’ll send an invoice for the £5 shipping fee after the form has been completed. We’ll need this to be paid before we can deliver your game.
